Ingredients

  • 5 cups flour

  • 4 Tbsp butter

  • 2 tsp salt

  • 2 cups milk

  • 11/2 lbs ground beef

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp pepper

  • 1 medium onion chopped

Directions

  • Cut butter into flour. Add milk and mix together.

  • Mix ground beef, salt, pepper, and onion in bowl.

  • Using roughly the size of a lime, roll dough into a circle.

  • Place 1/4 cup meat mixture on one side of the dough. Fold over and seal. Cut off excess dough.

  • Deep fry until done.
