Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 stick unsalted butter at room temperature

  • 75g cane sugar

  • 136g dark brown sugar

  • 13g or 1Tbsp vanilla

  • 1gg at room temperature

  • 233g flour

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 215g mini chocolate chips

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350°.

  • Cream butter, sugars, and vanilla.

  • Add in egg, mix to combine.

  • Once mixed, in same bowl add flour, baking soda, salt and mix until just incorporated.

  • Mix in chocolate chips until just combined.

  • Scoop into 2 Tbsp balls.

  • Bake for 9-11 minutes, until just barely browning on top.

  • Let rest to finish baking on sheet.
