Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
1 stick unsalted butter at room temperature
75g cane sugar
136g dark brown sugar
13g or 1Tbsp vanilla
1gg at room temperature
233g flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
215g mini chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Cream butter, sugars, and vanilla.
Add in egg, mix to combine.
Once mixed, in same bowl add flour, baking soda, salt and mix until just incorporated.
Mix in chocolate chips until just combined.
Scoop into 2 Tbsp balls.
Bake for 9-11 minutes, until just barely browning on top.
Let rest to finish baking on sheet.
